We work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so once your order is placed it's not usually possible to make any changes.

We cannot change the items or sizes in your order once it is placed but we do offer free returns online should the item not suit.

What if it's too late to update my order?

You can usually re-direct your parcel through the carrier provider allocated for your delivery. You'll need to wait to receive your tracking link before attempting to make this change directly with them.
