Why have I successfully placed an order online and have now received an out of stock email?

We’re really sorry that one or more of the items you’ve ordered is now out of stock! Our system automatically updates to remove products from our online store when stock is low. On occasion, we may receive multiple orders just before this happens. As a result, when we pick your order we discover this stock is no longer in our warehouse. You will receive a refund for those items as soon as possible!
